Williams Ski Resorts

Room was clean. Odd smells throughout the hotel hallways. Friendly front desk staff. Our rooms door lock wasn’t properly grounded so each time we touched the door we got shocked, not a deal breaker but not pleasant. Overall a fairly pleasant stay for the price we paid.

Clean hotel & room. Great personality for the hotel. If you want hit water, youmay have a wait.

Charming old hotel. Staff was super friendly and the room was nice and clean. Our only issue was the hot water in the shower sort of came and went.

The staff was great and our tent suite was lovely. In late April it was very cold at night. Even though we had a shower we didnt use it because we couldn't dry our hair and it was too cold to even think about! So I probably wouldn't go with a suite again unless it was in a warmer month. Also the larger tent was harder to keep warm at night with the fire. We managed, though, and the bed, pillows and linens were cozy and comfortable. The night sky was gorgeous! The food was ok. Not great but certainly not bad. It was nice to have free coffee in the morning, too.

No microwave which we needed. The room was not ready when we got there. Had to wait several minutes in a small lobby which did not have chairs. I spoke to an Expedia support team member to tell the hotel of my request for a first floor room. The receptionist told me that he never got the message .

Staff was lovely such a wonderful and unique vibe prices were great
