Nice hotel! The staff was all very kind and helpful. They have free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby 😀 we sat In the hot tub enjoying the snow with our hot chocolates! The only thing I didn’t care for and it’s really not a big deal but, the soaps in the rooms (citrus) smells horrible. The next trip I’ll bring my own soaps but, we will definitely be back here! I loved it! Very clean rooms as well! The vibes are amazing here!

--- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay at Best Western – Williams, AZ We had a wonderful experience at the Best Western in Williams, Arizona. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and extremely well maintained. Its location is perfect—close to great attractions, restaurants, and ideal for visiting the Grand Canyon area. The service truly made our stay special. Mr. Rafael in the kitchen was outstanding—very kind, attentive, and always welcoming. His excellent service made breakfast a great start to our day. Judith from the housekeeping team also deserves special recognition. She did an amazing job keeping everything spotless and was always friendly and professional. Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, a warm atmosphere, and a great location. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Debbie at the front desk was absolutely incredible. so so sweet, and so helpful with tips & places to go with our kiddos. our room was cleaned by Guadalupe R, and she did a phenomenal job. i appreciate the fact that they leave their name! everything in the room worked, all the outlets, lamps, fridge & tv. lots of other kids in the hotel at the time, so it was nice knowing it was a lot of parents that had some chaos of their own. we didn’t try to the lounge downstairs, but ohhhh my goodness it smelt incredible!! overall extremely happy with the experience!!

Great location nestled in the woods but close to everything. Tastefully decorated common areas. We would definitely stay there again. It is very well-managed. The staff is friendly and so helpful.
