Somewhat hard to find since there are three Motel 6's relatively close to each other in Williams. Nothing special, just the basics which all worked well except for the slow internet.
there was no one in the property to check in waited 35 minutes into somebody arrive from one of the rooms

I actually have stayed in many a budget hotel room and I have never had an issue in the past and I also have never written a bad review in my life. I realize I booked a budget motel room but I did not expect to have zero hot water available to me. I was supposed to stay three nights but ended up only staying one because I could not take a shower after my 10 hour car ride. Apparently I missed the most recent reviews that the hot water had been out over a week since the reviews on Expedia default to most relevant and not most recent! Having no hot water is definitely a relevant review to me! Management claimed it had just gone out the hour before which was a lie. They also refused to refund me for the additional nights but eating the two nights was worth it just so I could have a hot shower after hiking all day the next day at the Grand Canyon. I think its in poor taste to not be up front with your guests about something like this and to lie about the situation after they find out. Luckily we stopped other people in the parking lot to let them know about the situation ahead of time so others hopefully wouldn't be stuck paying for a room without hot water too. Bottom line, honesty is the best policy. I am actually passing through Williams again next year for several days and might have stayed again at this hotel had they been up front about the situation but I will definitely be re-booking again with the amazing hotel that I found down the street.
I would really like a partial refund could not even take a shower because hot water did not work. They said that they were working on it and it never got fixed and the heater barely kept the room, warm sheets and blankets covered in stains.
The Hot water was not working, when requesting a discount as it was last minute notice they declined.

The room was actually nicely remodeled. Its a 3 instead of a 5 because it has no inroom coffee maker and there was no hot water so we were unable to shower. The bed unfortunately listed to the outer edges so we felt like we were rolling out of bed and it felt like we were sinking at the headboard. Not sure what was going wrong for the bed. We were not advised there was a problem with water heater until arrival, so we had no ability to cancel and stay else where.

The hotel didn’t have hot water. That wasn’t the issue, the issue was they lied to all the hotel guest saying it was the an issues with the city, then I just happened. In fact it’s been out for 2 days!!! I was there for 3 hours,I checkout early and waiting for my refund

There was no hot water in the shower! No toilet paper towel holder in the restroom. Missing the cover plate on the outlet for the AC/Heater unit. Absolutely the worst hotel experience ive ever had.
I stayed in the room for seven days. The temperature of the shower water was warm at best, it was uncomfortable to shower. The sink was clogged. The staff did not respond to my request for assistance. they also did not provide a change of towels or empty the trash when requested. There are so many other options for accommodations in Williams, I would not stay here again.

Terrible management. What can I say. Very little to no help with easy to handle problem. Stayed an extra night. Booked an extra night. Paid for an extra night. Inadvertently booked at the motel 6 across the street. Solution; sorry pay for both rooms. Either dumb, rigid or greedy. Take your pick.
We loved the fact that we were able to watch the parade from the property’s parking lot and walked to the Christmas tree lighting ceremony from the hotel
