Good for an overnight with big pool and reasonably sized, clean rooms. Easy reach of the main town with eating facilities and many gift shops. Also good real ale bar with multiple choices. The hotel has an attached bar and eatery for those who wish to stay in. Breakfast good.

My husband is partially handicap and walking is difficult. I did not think to mention it when reserving. I spoke with the front desk and they offered to move us but I told them that it was ok since it was my fault. The next day the elevator was out and they were quick to get us moved to the bottom floor. They were also very kind.

Clean and spacious with a few issues

We chose this hotel because it had multiple beds with two of them being in a separate room. The room was spacious and clean. The whirlpool tub was not usable because there was no means to plug the tub. The pool area was nice, but the hot tub jets wouldn't stay running and when they did, the jets were very weak.

Enjoyed our stay. Room was fine (a bit small for a handicap room, but bathroom was good for handicap). Appreciated they allow dogs. Easy access to interstate and close to services. I enjoyed the pool, and was happy about both the ice water in the pobby, and the all-day access to the cappucino machine. Friendly staff.

The electricity went out at some point during the night and there are almost no delivery restaurants in the area. The hotel itself and the people were awesome.

Strategically located, if you want to visit the Grand Canyon, it is cheaper and has a better location than the hotels in Flagstaff.
