it was close to Yale. 19th floor was great! the property needed some updating but not making it modern. Maybe increase the staff/area for morning coffee and not formal breakfast.

Great location with old fashioned charm. Enjoyed the panoramic views from the bar/restaurant on the top floor. Parking in the lot beneath the hotel can be convenient…when there are openings. We arrived on a Saturday evening and circled for nearly a half an hour. Next day it was wide open. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

The location was excellent as it relates to Yale. The staff was great and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Make sure to ask for napkins and extras if ordering from room service. Limited dining in the hotel, but lots of restaurants in the area.

The Omni New Haven is an excellent location in the middle of everything. Close to Yale and many food and drink spots. The room was a little worn out for the high price. The bars across the street were a noisy on Saturday night. Lots of fun was happening down there!! The 19th floor restaurant had good service and a great view.

Kids partying at the club outside till 3 am .. bums all over the place asking for money in front of the hotel doors. A man who claimed he was maintenance tried to enter our room unannounced. Called front desk and they couldn't tell me who he was. Not even the next day. Front desk said that someone from management would call me. Have not heard from anyone .. it's been weeks since my stay.
