All of a sudden you are not providing a 5 cup package of coffee with the pot you provided I was told to go next door and buy my own coffee as you were running low

We stayed here for five nights for a sports tournament. The location was great, parking was easy, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Although the stay itself wasn’t terrible, we felt the overall value didn't match the price. The hotel felt more like a glorified Holiday Inn Express, but without the complimentary breakfast, and at significantly higher rates. The restaurant also seemed overpriced and was mostly empty; throughout our stay, I saw only a few families dining there. The value just didn’t match the price. There were also some issues during our stay. One morning, there was a noticeable sewage smell due to backed-up water. It was Memorial Day weekend, so I understand it was busy, but there were constantly no towels available at the pool. We had to ask the front desk multiple times and were repeatedly told there were no clean towels available. There was only one waiter/bartender on Memorial Day, and a new employee at that. The bar was almost full, and there was one family eating, so the one employee was running back and forth. There was no microwave in the room, which is an inconvenience when staying longer than a night or two. Overall, it wasn’t a horrible experience, but for the price, I expected much more. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again because it just didn’t feel like it was worth the cost.

Room floor was sticky and had some spots and muddy footprints as you come into the room. I used a towel to try and clean it up and when I was done the towel was completely dirty after wiping the area and the bathroom floor. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable just pay more attention to detail.
