Suite was spotless! Rooms are very quiet. Checking in was a breeze, only negative was the high cost of parking! Breakfast, which comes with the room was great! My 2nd stay here and will be back, maybe parking charge will be more reasonable.

Needed a handicap accessible room. Was told there was only ONE on ground floor, already occupied. Put me in 3rd floor handicap room 306. 14 rooms from the elevator. I CAN’T MANAGE STAIRS AT ALL. In a fire, I would be trapped. 1.The bed was low and broken down. 2.Room darkening shade is in a fixed position – no up, no down. Parking lot lights shining through all night long. 3.Heavy coffee table, not easy to move, and a wheelchair can’t get past it. 4.TV is located in a corner and only angles a small amount. Person on left side of bed would get a stiff neck, trying to watch it. By the way, the space directly at the end of the bed would easily accommodate a TV but no, let’s make it as unaccessible a room as possible for someone with physical limitations and to top it off the woman at check-in could not have cared less. How does a hotel as large as Springhill suites have one handicap accessible room per floor? That means two couples traveling together, both needing handicapped rooms, would have to be separated. I have stayed in this hotel multiple times, but this was the last.

Hotel itself is new and clean. However, both mattresses in the room were the most terrible we’ve ever slept on. We are not picky, and are ok with a firm, soft, any kind of mattress is ok, however the mattresses were so sunken down and the springs were noisy and digging into our back. It was by far the worst night. For this reason I would never stay again. Staff at front desk was helpful and friendly

The bathroom does not have hooks to hang clothes. Was inconvenienced as we had to place them on closed toilet seat. Usually all Marriott’s I went to recently gave us two bottles of water this one was charging us 4:50 per bottle!!????? We immediately drove to closest Trafer Koes to get 6 bottles of water for 17cents each.
