Rooms do not have good seating. They removed their nice chairs and lamp to read or look at TV. You have to sit on your bed to do so. The continental breakfast is not up to even average

Worst night of sleep. Air conditioning unit was very loud and sounded like something was banging around inside it. If it was off, the room was a sauna. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Room was clean and furniture was nice but the room had a weird smell when walking in.

We stayed here one night but liked it. The location is close to Arlie garden, downtown and beach. Staffs were nice. Room is not the best but good enough.
