Easy check-in. Great breakfast. Main problem was room was on 2nd floor and they have NO elevator. We are in our 80's so this was not easy to carry luggage to next level. Have stayed here before but always on 1st floor.Nice place and the price was reasonable.

Pictures and amenities listed are both old and untrue. This hotel is at least 40 years old and the conditions look it. It lists a restaurant, bar and convenience store. None of which are true. The room had buckled floors, extremely old bath fixtures and an exhaust fan that sounded like a jet engine. The TV didn't work properly, we had to have someone get it working and even then the sound was stuck so low it could barely be heard. Felt unsafe with 3 doors. One coming from inside, another going outside and a 3rd connecting another room. Not even a chair to sit in. Paper thin walls and extremely noisy, people slamming doors coming and going at 4am. Breakfast consisted of what seemed like 2 day old coffee, stale baked goods, powdered eggs and under cooked sausage. If we didn't arrive so late we would have turned around and left..

Rundown exterior- smelled awful inside. Used tissues on the floor next to the bed. Stains on sheets, broken bed frame/box spring which sloped into the center like a taco. Bugs on floor and bed cover. Walls so thin it sounded like the people next to us were in our room. Complete mis communication between hotels.com & Ramada with my reservation. I tried cancelling one night of my stay and one place would tell me to talk to the other place and back and forth with no resolution so ended up having to pay for 2 nights but only stay 1.

Pool was closed but that's not notes anywhere. Receptionist was apologetic, but it still sucked. Water from shower comes pouring out into the bathroom as the curtain isn't the proper curtain for the shower rod. This has caused previous water damage which is evident. Parking was fine, and overall is was far better than the Sure Stay we stayed at the night before.

Room was made up nice. We were put in handicap room 130 which was very run down. The hall was smokey from smokers. The toilet seat was broken, the heater wouldn’t shut off, the gap in the back door let rain water in, the plugs wouldn’t allow the coffee pot to plug in.employees were great.

It was fine, bur not great. Had to switch rooms because bed frame was broken. The new room smelled strange. Shower rod almost falling off in tge bathroom. Mattress should be replaced springs made noise and uncomfortable. The room was clean but could use some deep cleaning/detailing. The breakfast was ok. All in all it wasn't too bad for the price. Its not easy to find a good hotel in this area that is responsibly priced. I would probably stay again if I couldn't find something better. Also the pool wasn't open on Memorial day weekend, that was disappointing.

The rooms could use a serious deep clean, it had an odor to it and was unsure where it was coming from but after running the air conditioner for a little it seemed fine. I would recommend a new pair of curtains, a new lamp shade and a fresh coat of paint for the walls as it appeared filthy under a black light (walls doors, doorknobs, curtains, flooring entering bathroom were in the worst shape. On a positive note the bed was clean, comfortable and had soft pillows. Dove toiletries, plenty of towels. Hotel is located in a central location conveniently close to shopping, eateries and gas stations.
