It was in a good location, water park was nice. But when I arrived I had to pay 63 dollars for parking for 2 days, not to mention not being able to find a parking spot.

I would take my 4 year old daughter when she was older. Not a ton for little kids. Wouldn’t go anytime near spring break. It was the noisiest hotel until 1030pm I have ever stayed at.

Hope it gets back to before

We are return customers. We opted for the family loft this stay. The room was clean enough but is definitely showing wear and tear beyond resort status. Water park was overcrowded—beyond expectations. Curious if that is related to them selling day passes now. Seems like they are on the cusp of turning in to Mount Olympus if they don’t start cleaning things up and limiting capacity.

I didn’t like that I booked a jacuzzi room and the worker at the front desk said that she couldn’t do anything about it because I booked through expedia but the tub wouldn’t hold the water up so I had to keep letting the water run in order to keep the jacuzzi working and enjoy it which was not cool because I paid for a jacuzzi room to have a jacuzzi
