Kick your feet up after a long day on the links in this cozy three bedroom, two bath ranch style home. With easy access to everything Wisconsin Dells has to offer, this roomy home is the perfect place to set up camp with friends and family. Perfect for those looking to spend time outdoors, the home features a large screened in porch and exterior which is readily equipped with table and chairs, an outdoor gas grill and an in ground fire pit. Nice and Relaxing sleeps a maximum of 8 people.

The three bedrooms provide privacy and space for you and your guests throughout the day and night. The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet and an oversized shower. The two additional bedrooms come with a queen bed, TVs and share the second full bathroom. Enjoy that morning pastry in a nicely equipped kitchen complete with a separate dining area, seating at the counter and full appliances including a dishwasher. The kitchen is open to the adjacent living room which comes with a gas fireplace, comfortable seating for guests and a large flat screen TV. A den off of the living room comes furnished with a TV, a daybed with twin size trundle, and makes for a great kid's hangout or fourth bedroom. Kick back on the deck, catch your favorite YouTube TV show, or browse the internet using the complimentary Wi-Fi provided.

A large utility room with washer and dryer add to the conveniences afforded to guests of this home. Nice and Relaxing is also a short walk to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 8, rates based on 6 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Memorial Day and New Years Eve Holidays require $250 Security Deposit.

The property was a great size for the six of us. It was clean an in a quiet location. The only thing I would change is the kitchen didn’t have much in the way of cookware and there was no dish soap or cleaner for the counters. Not a big deal but I would have bright my own if I would have known. Great place I would stay there again.

Relaxing 4th of July

A small group of friends escaped the city for a relaxing 4th of July weekend. The house was perfect. Everyone had space to relax. Kitchen had great space to cook and sit down like a family. We loved sitting in the screened in porch and watched the fireworks from the giant backyard. Would recommend this property to any group or family for a perfect weekend getaway!

Great location, lots of amenities

This house is located within walking distance of the pool and club house that has the sports bar and restaurant which has really good food that you can carry out. House was clean and the screened in porch and fire pit was a nice addition. The only issue we had was that the beds were very noisy due to the mattress covers and in one room the headboard ornamentation made noise every time you moved.
