Welcome to 203A – Two Bedroom Condo. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features a full kitchen, dining table, and comfortable living room, making it ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. Step out onto your private balcony to take in peaceful views of the Spring Brook Golf Course. Conveniently located just across the street from the clubhouse, this condo offers easy access to all the resort amenities.

- Base rate includes 6 guests (ages 3+)
- Each additional guest over 6 is $15 per person, per night + tax, with a maximum of 8 guests

Payment Policy:
If your booking is made more than 30 days before check-in, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to check-in. If you'd like to use a different card for the remaining balance, please contact us before the 30-day mark.

Bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date require payment in full at the time of booking.

Security Deposit Policy:
A $250 credit card hold will be placed on the day of check-in and released after check-out, as long as there are no damages, extra cleaning charges, or smoking violations.

Date & Property Change Policy:
Reservation changes may be made more than 14 days prior to check-in. Once within 14 days of arrival, date or property changes are not permitted.

Unit was perfect for our group of 6. Office check in made it easy to get to our unit. The bar/grill area had good food and also had live music on Friday night while we were there.

Absolutely wonderful. Nice open floor plan. Amenities were excellent. Nice pool. Far enough out of town to be quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to get to the attractions and enjoy the Dells. Wonderful place to stay!

Room was dirty

The room was dirty. Floirs sticky, every dish were pulled out of the cubboards were dirty. The directions to get to our room were not good. Overall this would have been a nice place if they would keep up on the cleaning.
