The room was clean (sheets, toilet etc) but because it was a pet friendly room, the carpet freshener was loaded on thick to hide urine scent and it was overwhelming. The remote control was taped together and was missing buttons and although it was replaced, the volume and on and off button didn’t work. You had to use the buttons on the side of the tv. Shower drain did not drain during my shower so I had to wash my feet in the sink afterwards. Breakfast was continental. All in all the stay was okay for one night. If I were them, I would rip up the carpets in the pet friendly rooms and replace with tile. No amount of steaming and freshening powder can save that carpet.

First room we had, water was pouring into the bathroom like rain from the unit above… rug in front of sink was soaked. Key cards hardly worked, had to swipe it at least 5 times to open the door! Stairs to go to the 2nd floor had a huge hole on the landing… it had rusted away. Finally they put up caution tape up and closed the stairs. Exterior needed cosmetic work. Also mold at top of shower enclosure. Needs to be rebuilt from ground up!

We enjoyed our overnight stay. The staff was very nice. The whole place was very cozy and quaint. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, a lot of variety. We will definitely stay again when passing through.

I forgot my IPhones new charger and plug in the room. I bought them new the day before. I came back at this property to collect it just after the 2 hours after my checkout. And they totally refused to give me back. They said they didn’t found anything in room. And I just charged my phone before I left the room. And they straight lying on my face. They are Terrible host .

Needs work, needs better Better customer service

We felt that in that upscale neighborhood the hotel really should be kept up. The hotel is located between 2 expensive country clubs and if you spruce up the place a little and either take the pool out of your amenities or actually open the darn thing so people can enjoy spending time there in the summer. The lady that cleaned our room was very thorough and extremely nice. She's a great asset to your company. Also there was a trick that parked across 5 lanes right in front of the lobby and when I said something because I'm handicapped and had to park almost around the other side of the hotel from my room they did NOTHING about it.
