This property is absolutely disgusting. The floors are always wet, the rooms smelled terrible. They double charged for the hotel refundable desposit and it has been over two weeks it has not been reflected back in my account. The staff behave very unprofessionally and unfairly, instead of serving the customers or listening to any concern or complaint from customers.

Terrible rooms and terrible staff/customer service. The rooms amenities are broken and Staff both are awful and rude towards customers upon any requests. The bottom of the fridge has mould and air quality is unhealthy due to mould, ac doesn’t work properly.

The rooms are stinky because of water leaks all around the floor. The AC has smell and bathrooms are not well maintained. The fridge, tv and other amenities are broken. Upon any concerns the staff responds unprofessionally and disgracefully.

Terrible staff and management. The room was flooded with water, i requested a room change and the staff acknowledged the room was flooded, but response of the employee was that he does not have enough “evidence” to change the room. I had been staying here often however they had no courtesy for a loyal customer let alone their pathetic customer service. The staff was unprofessional, unable to understand the customer and was continuously denying the fact that he is supposed to change the room. This doesnt stop here, he called the police saying that he will not only not change the room, but also not refund and infact called the police because he didnot want to resolve this matter himself. I asked his name; he said Jay Patel while he kept laughing. when the cops showed up, he said they had to see the room and tell him he has to change the room. He then changed the room after wasting 3 hours of our time. In the morning i talked to the “manager” which i dont think he was, he said he cannot accommodate in anyway and he wants us to leave the hotel. I left to pack up while He made an early check out at the back without my permission and called the cops again. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTINGLY PATHETIC and should be shut down as it definitely violates customer service and health and safety regulations. The rooms are all wet and mouldy from everywhere, the staff is always opening the rooms without permission, and they always ask weird questions and behave weirdly.

Place definitely needs update . Bathroom sink wouldn’t turn off you had figure out which way to move handle to turn off. Rugs very dirty. Shower inverter to turn to shower didn’t work correctly. Electrical outlet not working and lamps. Smells so musty in room I went and bought Lysol to try and get smell out of room but it didn’t help . Gotta say though the bed and pillows were great . The chair in room was filthy wouldn’t even sit on it .
