Considering the price point, this is a great place to stay a night or 2 for a theme park visit. Friendly staff and clean. Plenty of shopping and dinning close by.

I didn't like roach in the room and the crack bed. The carpetbis worn and old. The towels were unavailable when requested. The front desk was unfriendly. I will not stay at this location again!

Don’t Expect Customer Service Here.

We ended up needing only one night instead of two. We messaged the hotel to let them know we wouldn’t be there until Saturday. They gave away our room. I paid for the full night and didn’t even get past the lobby. The front desk was not very helpful and seemed annoyed at us. We ended up staying at another hotel that was way nicer and closer to our event. Supposedly, they were sold out of rooms and didn’t even make recommendations or offer any kind of support.

Late check out.

My wife and I had spent the day at Kings Dominion so we didn’t check in until later that evening. So we requested a late check-out so we could sleep in a little bit before we continued our drive. Front desk said that we could have a 12:00 check out. And it wasn’t even 10:30 and housekeeping is knocking at the door attempting to come in i explained that we had a 12:00 check out. Not even an hour later they at the door again. This time I went to the desk instead of just calling. And all front desk could say that they were sorry because it was documented.

Pit stop but would stay again

We stopped here for one night on our way to our vacation spot. Everything was above average. Plenty of room, fitness center was great, and breakfast options were outstanding. Would definitely stay again.

The room was expensive for what they offer. It was very outdated. There was barely any lighting in the room. The toilet made a HUGE noise when flushing, there was black mold in the bathroom. The pool and hot tub were dirty and no towels.

Overall OK. Rooms need renovation

We chose this hotel over others in yhe area for its bigger room (king studio suite) so 2 adults and a teenager could be comfortable for 3 nights. The pool was good, extra hot jacuzzi, water pressure of the shower was fantastic, and the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Our room, however, needed some help. There were holes cut in the carpet, the walls and ac vents were dirty, the ceiling had tears in the drywall. The shower head was rusty. The rooms need a make over-on the dumpy side. Only thing about the pool, well 2 things...no pool towels at different times of the day and cleaning staff needs to go through and collect the band-aids and false eyelashes left on the pool deck.

Everything was great, aside from the TV crashing out in the room every minute. Cleanliness, staff service, amenities were amazing. Bed was comfy and sheets were clean. Breakfast was good and internet was accessible. Boyfriend and I had the best time at the hotel and Kings Dominion for the weekend.

This hotel will be my go too when visiting Kings Dominion. The Suit was spacious and a TV is the bonus.

Was very outdated. There were no linens for the pull out. I asked for linens and got four pillowcases and a comforter. Went back and asked for sheets and a pillow. They had no clean pillows and only gave me one sheet (no fitted sheet). The keys also didn’t work well and needed to get them reset and even after that they worked half the time. Convenient for a trip to Kings Dominion. Nice that there were a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was fine but not one of my better stays

It was a small hotel room. No couch, no desk, no chairs. Grandkids were disappointed the pancake machine was not on. Heard someone talking they had no mix. Really!!! Also the second morning no yogurt, no single serve milk ( gallon jug in frig), no chocolate milk. The cinnamon rolls were excellent!
