we enjoyed our stay here. we have the basin view. ten room is good and the place is very historic. the only negative thing is there is no wi fi service in the entire by so we have to go to the other build to get connected to the world.

Parking was easy even though it was pretty full. The hot tub was very warm. The pool could've been a touch warmer but the kids still loved it and swam for over an hour. They had fun playing air hockey in the game room but their favorite was cooking the provided smores around the fire. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is a little older but well taken care of and clean for its age.

Definitely a rustic stay. It's very nice to be close to the geysers and convenient, however, it is probably more pricy than its worth. The park is beautiful and the people are great so its too hard to complain too much.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the facilities were nice. I would stay here again.

You are across the street from the hot springs and a fantastic 10 km (6.2 miles) hiking trail. The hotel is beautiful. We loved the decor and the history. We had supper across the street at the restaurant, which was delicious, and breakfast at the buffet, which was only so-so — cold eggs, no bowls for yogurt, etc. But everything else was phenomenal. We loved it!

Perfect for 2 people, the mesa scenic drive and waterfalls, beautiful.
