The room was nice and clean and had amenities provided for free. The bed was comfortable and quiet.

The room was spacious and well appointed. The staff were friendly and very attentive.

Very good location across river from airport. Shuttle driver was friendly and helpful and arrived on schedule, however schedule was difficult to understand. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Probably stay more nights next trip through Tokyo.

A good, no-frills stay. The room was small but clean and comfortable, exactly what you’d expect from a simple, affordable Japanese business hotel. The location is great — easy walk to plenty of spots for food, drinks, and a bit of nightlife. Nothing fancy, but it does the job perfectly if you just need a solid place to spend the night.

Top floor nice and quiet. Staff are very nice. They press elevator bottom when they see us, always smiling and very helpful.
