Staff was helpful. Breakfast was decent. Location was excellent and walkable to eateries, shops, etc. Room was very small. Bathroom was fine, but needed hooks to hang things. No a/c so it was hot even with the windows open. The church bells rang every 15 minutes the first night and there were people partying until 2am. We got no sleep.

The hotel was unbearably warm and there was no thermostat control in the room. The front desk controls the air conditioning in each room and it was still uncomfortably warm to sleep in. The corners of the room had lots of buildup of dust a grime. We also noticed at the end of our stay that there were bed bugs in the bedding and found one on an article of clothing we slept in. The only reason this rating has any stars at all is due to location as it was in the middle of old town and could walk around comfortably.

Very comfortable stay.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious. The location was very close to train station and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The only con was the room was very warm, no AC. They did provide a fan.

We highly recommend this hotel for a city stay in Zurich. The rooms are luxurious, clean and very comfortable. The staff are so friendly and the service is excellent and attentive. The breakfast was fantastic. Good choice of foods on the buffet and freshly cooked eggs to order. The hotel is very pretty and interesting and centrally situated for walking in the city and for the train station. We would absolutely stay here again.

There is no shuttle service. DO NOT ADVERTISE IT AS IT DOES! Bathroom could use some kind of door. Church bell tolls at all times during the night!!! During the day the tolling keeps going for 2-3 minutes!! .
