Room was quiet so I slept well and it was nice to have eggs and hot coffee ready to eat at 6:30am.
We left our suitcases in the car as the elevator was out of service
Room was clean and beds were good.
Elevator was broken and we were booked on third floor.
I received 11 emails after checking in online.
I will never check in online again!!!
I will reserve a hotel and pay for it when I get there or look for another hotel.
I felt very safe with parking on the property due too the police station close by. The hotel it self was decently quiet. I had to have the window open due to air conditioning bad on my arthritis. Even with the window open there wasn't much noise by traffic..Dining close by. Would recommend this hotel.
The staff was amazing helping me with my many bags and coolers. The kitchen is a bit small but workable. I used a box for garbage in the main room as there wasn't one there. Weird. There definitely needs to be a table to sit at and eat by the large empty space by the window. I used the other table for my work space. The beds are firm. It is very clean.
Unusual room arrangement with sink in main area, not in bathroom. Comfortable bed. TV remote didn’t work and when I asked the front desk, the attendant came to the room and said it was fixed when it wasn’t.
The beds were very comfortable.
The breakfast was exceptional.

The property double booked our room without letting us know until we were almost there after a 5 hr drive. We booked in Feb and the actual stay is on Aug 13. They had all this time to reach out and didn't. They rebooked us when we got there at a nearby motel that is clearly substandard and cheaper. The new motel room had flaking paints, missing fire alarm in ceiling, missing bathroom fan cover, ant problem, closets without hanging pole...etc. Ramada offer to reimburse 30% of our stay which i talked up to 50%, but there is nothing on paper to indicate that other than their word which is already broken. With the new place even with discount they probably make a profit from my stay and the difference between the price of the two facility. Which mean they could make extra from double booking. We were not the only family too.
