We asked for a king bed, we had a large load of luggage on the dolly and found there were stairs involved in all the king rooms. Not a big deal for sure, but we are seniors and had just arrived from a lengthy drive. Everything else was fantastic.

Check in was quick. Staff are very friendly. I had asked for a ground floor room and we got one. The hotel is older and could use a few updates but the room was clean and had a small fridge. The shower head has seen better days and would definitely benefit from some CLR cleaner. If I was in the area and needed accommodation I would stay there again.

No elevator so had to hump luggage up stairs. Shower head needs to either be replaced or soaked in CLR because of the calcium buildup. No long mirror in hallway, no Kleenex in bathroom, window was filthy, no sheer on window just a drape, bed was horribly uncomfortable it was so hard, breakfast was toast or cereal, no eggs or bacon. Never would stay here again. Gross.

The plumbing seemed old and the staff dropped off a plunger rather than fixing the issue themselves. It was pretty quiet for being next to the freeway and had lots of food options nearby. There was also a nature park nearby that was fun to explore.

We were out on the first floor, we found a big bug and then two in the sheets in one bed,, bugs in the bathtub, was so uneasy to try sleep, was extremely tired the next day. If I ever stay again I hope we get the second floor
