Believe housekeeping did their best but the room itself was very run down, carpet stained and frayed and dirty that no vacuuming could clean. Bathroom tiles with black mold and needing replacement. Floor tile broken. The actual worst was stained dirty chairs and sofa. The room should not be rented out. Did consider taking photos but will not stay there again

Waited a bit for someone at desk but it was 2:30 in morning a guy in the lobby had to go get him but was friendly but couldn’t give coupons perks etc as he didn’t know how they worked

Excellent staff--friendly and helpful. The gym is small but more than adequate and was open 24 hours. The rooms were spacious and had a nice kitchenette--very convenient.

Like the suit it’s clean lots of space for kids. Microwave makes easier to warm up the food. Nice with washer and dryer. The only thing will make better is if they change the AC. It’s too loud at the night

I found the suite clean, and accomodating with lots of room and a good supply of necessities for suite living. The location is great with easy access to Super Store, restaurants and a variety of retailers.

Great place. Loved the staff. Loved the room. The hotel is in the middle of a shopping area, which is convenient, but it’s tough for walking a dog. There are a lot of unhoused people in the park behind the hotel. Mostly harmless, but feels unsafe at 5 am or 9 pm. I witnessed many drug deals. Just saying. If you don’t have to walk a dog, you probably won’t even notice. Abbotsford is a beautiful city and we’ll definitely stay here if we visit again.
