The price was economical. The room was large but VERY sparse. 1 bed. 1 desk. 1 desk chair. Period. No place.to put a suitcase or bag. Everything on the used carpet etc.
Our room faced onto Chapel Street and was noisy Friday night due to the nightclub nearby.
Hotel in general was very good, facilities fine, staff friendly and helpful.
Our room sofa was showing its age and looked dirty, we did not sit on it.
Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable, i had requested a travel cot when i booked but when we got there were told there was no space in the room for a travel cot and asked if my 2 year old would be able to sleep on the sofa bed, fortunately we had took our own travel cot just incase and managed to squeeze it in, when we got to the room there was no bedding for the sofa bed for my oldest child even though we had checked in 4 hours after check in time and had to go back down to reception to ask for it, the remote for the tv was not working and there was dirty water in the sink apart from that the room was clean, was ok for one night but wouldn't stay here again.
This hotel is ideally situated. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and what you would expect from a hotel chain of this nature. Breakfast options are varied and staff welcoming and helpful.
Very happy with this hotel,easy access to the shops, church etc.
Very clean and we had a great sleep, a little issue of noise was dealt with and didn't distract from our enjoyment as it was dealt with quietly and efficiently
Outstanding, a friendly welcome and a lovely room with a great breakfast, what more could you want in a hotel.
