Great location, parking, clean with very friendly and warm staff. One point to highlight was the heat in the room. Was very hot had to open both windows and put on the fan.
Just the overall experience was first class even in mddle of building work. Plus staff performance second to none brilliant!
Would recommend a stay to King Charles !!
From the second we got close to the door we were greeted like returning friends. The hotel is fabulous and whilst having that great place is very good, it is the staff who make the difference. They were awesome! We will definitely return.
The Marcliffe maintains its status as a top hotel in Aberdeen. Comfortable rooms. Breakfast is stunning. Checkout was an endurance - 15 minute wait due to reception taking calls for the restaurant. More staff on for check out would help that.
A wonderful hotel, super friendly and happy to help with everything. Also very accommodating of our 6 month old baby, giving us a bigger room for the cot and also making a baby breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable.
Had a great stay ,only issue we had was the room next to us was very noisy complained to the girl in reception who was very helpful and upgraded us to a better room great customer service.
A lot of upgrade construction work causing noise which we were not aware about at booking also noise outside room 114 early in the morning from employees working and deliveries to the back door of hotel
