The room was tidy, the bed was amazing and super comfy. The restaurant staff were lovely. Overall we felt welcome and for the price when booking ahead, we would stay again!

We had a problem with the allocated room being on the first floor snd my wife being in a wheelchair. Staff were brilliant in arranging a change of room eith other guests. Also had an excellent evening meal with our family.

We didn't eat other than breakfast which was absolutely fine. The young lady who looked after us seemed to have everything under control and was very pleasant. The guy from Leeds during the day and evening seemed totally rushed off his feet and on his own... did everything he could to keep things running as smooth as possible. Obviously he couldn't be everywhere at the same time!

Friendly staff very nice room huge super king size bed Very comfy the room has climate control so set it as you wish. Plenty of free parking. Bar stock was a bit low but it is October. Food is really good. The bed was so very comfy would certainly stay here again.

Plenty of parking space, the room comfortable but needs more storage space for clothes 6 or seven hangers on a rail is not enough either a proper wardrobe or drawers and or shelves is needed.

The room was spacious but lacked space in the bathroom to place toiletries and it would have been nice to have a table and another chair chair in the room, the shower controls were very stiff, my wife was unable to turn it on I had to assist her.

This is a small hotel located within easy walking distance of "downtown." It is basic but nice and the staff are great. There is a restaurant/pub across the parking lot where you check in. There is also a park with a walking trail behind the hotel that leads to the city centre.
