Gift card debacle!😡

The stay was good. I wanted to use my Christmas gift card. I called when making the registration to make sure I was booking correctly when using it. I was assured that that they would give my credit at check in. They would NOT and I had to pay for it with the charge on my card. I now want to just cash in this gift card. How do I do that? Not happy with Hotels .com. I won’t use them ever again.

The bathroom shower causes slippery conditions due the to water excessively leaving the shower area. When you get out, of the shower there’s water everywhere even if you try your best not to. The doors were either not solid or not sealed properly because you can hear everything outside the hallway as if you were outside the room.

It was clean and beds were super comfy! Staff was so nice and helpful, my only complaint was that the Jets were not working on the hot tub so the water was very murky but the guy let us know at the front desk upon arrival. But that was it everything else was great!

This is an old property and it was noisy. I could hear conversations next door. The staff really didn't greet me, she said she was doing something else and to wait. She also could not tell me where the room was and where to park near it.

Too many extra fees!!

I was very disappointed in all the extra fees for even basic things. They are now charging $10 a day for parking. I consider parking at the hotel for overnight a basic service as you have no other option. I don’t know of any other hotels near by that have that charge. Plus it wasn’t mentioned when I booked!! Also no free breakfast like most hotels. So I won’t be staying here again!
