Lobby was so cold, my breakfast was cold. Loud music was playing in room next to us. It took security 45 mins to finally come up and tell them to stop w the music. My heater in the room wouldn’t get hot, turned it up to 80 and still felt cool air coming out.

Rooms have been recently renovated although you could tell that mine had some patch jobs on the walls Etc and the paint didn't quite match. No control of room temperature. 72 was as low as the temperature could be set. Got no help from guest services. Towels were same poor quality as Wyndoms. Everything else was fine.
