The room we stayed in had broken tiles and grout in the bathroom. There was alot of noise most of the night. (Slamming doors and people being loud) The staff was great especially Adel. She was super friendly accommodating.

Our room had a large gash in the ceiling. We couldn’t get the blinds down at night. The ice machine on our floor was not working. I had to go to a different level to get ice. The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked and tasty.
