Hampton price, cheao flophouse quality. Hot tub was ice cold. Bed was not comfortable to sleep in. Pillows were cheap and not the usually comfortable and supportive type we are used to having at a Hampton Inn. The next morning I noticed the mattress was off the frame and was too heavy to be put back in place by two adults, making the whole thing sag and tilt to one side. Visible water damage to the wall in the bathroom from an apparent leak. Plastic border strip between carpet and tile was completely loose and presented a trip hazard. I sincerely hope this dump is not the shape of things to come for Hampton Inn, which has been one of our favorite hotel chains for years.

Very nice women behind the counter. Nevertheless, we were disappointed about the overall condition of the building. To start, as soon as the front door opens, we noticed how dirty and worn out is the ‘welcome entry rug’. Overall all carpets in hallway are quite dirty. The room was clean, but the toilet paper roll fixture was broken and in the floor. One out of the two elevators was ‘out of order’. And lastly, the TV system with DirectTV is bad. We don’t think we will be back to this location.

The room was great! Very spacious and clean! However… the king bed we needed had a mattress that was completely broken down on the left side and was almost on the floor! My husband and I had to sleep on the right side in a space equivalent to a twin bed… or he would have rolled onto the floor I notified the front desk in writing that the mattress was unexceptionable and requested a replacement and that message was ignored. The hotel instead sent me a message after we checked out that your service ordered that room for us and it is your responsibility to get us the room we requested.

This seems to be one of the older Hampton properties. It’s rundown and in need of repair in some parts. They put me in a handicap accessible King room. Overall, it served the purpose, but I’ve definitely been in better rooms. The handicapped handheld showerhead didn’t put out much water (weak stream, difficult to wash and rinse my long, thick hair). The bathroom tile was cracking and mobile, so when you walked on it, it rocked underneath your feet. There was black mold in the shower. The window shade roll-up mechanism was broken so they had it rolled up manually with a clip holding it in place. The room was otherwise clean and comfortable enough that it got the job done. Not a room I’d want to revisit though.
