Room was great for the price. Convenient area next to food and highway. The staff was great and breakfast walk plentiful and very tasty. I stayed in a total of 5 different rooms over a 2 week period and the TV never worked in any of the rooms. Very frustrating. Staff offered a variety of excuses like blaming rain even though it wasn’t raining that day, also blaming their cable provider, but tv seemed to work perfectly in the lobby. Will look for another place to stay next time in town.

First time in NM. I understand I didn’t pay much for my room, however if you have the kind of amenities you have, maybe you should charge more, or at least do better keeping things up/clean. Upon arrival, we received attitude immediately about my early check in I paid for. Breakfast once because the lady was rude and on her phone the whole time. Cleanliness of room was not great. Was supposed to get room service. All they did was change towels. Hot tub, got in once, was Luke warm and disgusting. Stuff floating around everywhere. Fire alarm at 6:30am, twice. Needless to say I got what I paid for. A roof and shower to use for a few days, but pls get it together. I will probably NOT be back here. Even left a whole day early. So enjoy the extra money and get the things your room cleaners need. Why am I getting into a shower that hasn’t been fully cleaned from the prior ppl smh. Get stain remover. DO BETTER!

This is an old property that masks the smell of old cigarette smoke with offensive, heavy scented fresheners. For anyone with allergies or sensitivity, it is not a good place. We asked for a new room because the first was unbearable and the next room was only slightly better. The room really wasn’t too clean. But the bed was comfortable. Cannot recommend and won’t stay again.

For emergency one night stop

Service was great I was in a handicap room, again, and it was kinda unsafe, again, water gets all over the floor, had to use towels to keep the water from getting all over the bathroom and the carpet, the shower hose was broken, the bottom of the bathroom wall were dirty The room had a funny smell, DIRTY smell Very loud outside, people talking and screaming 2/3 in the morning

Conveniently located for our overnight flight delay at a really good price. They offered convenient airport shuttle to and from the hotel. The morning breakfast buffet was wonderful and all people/staff that we interacted with were helpful, friendly and engaging. The hotel is an old style building with some remodeling and the room was perfect for our one night of rest/stay. It was very quiet, comfortable and clean! We had a great stay and would use them again.

It is a good short term stay

The location is convenient and very close to Albuquerque downtown area. It served the purposes of our 2 day trip. The breakfast is very good. The lady worked in the breakfast area was a diligent worker. She was pleasant and also kept the foods warm and fresh. The room I stayed was a bit smelly, not very clean.

The area felt unsafe, and many of the people around appeared to be homeless or dealing with substance issues. We requested a non-smoking room, but the guest next door was constantly smoking right outside. Every time we opened our door, the smoke came inside, which was very concerning since I was traveling with small children. Additionally, this guest was drinking beer all day, which made the environment uncomfortable for families.I’ll not consider this place to stay ever again.
