Had my wallet stolen and overnight staff person wouldn’t even let me stay inside the lobby to wait for the cops to show up. She told me she saw nothing out of the ordinary when she checked the front desk camera. But when the cops showed up, she changed her tune and then saw it stolen 2 minutes after I left the front desk. She was cold, and rude to me. She worked the overnight shift on July 17th 2025. Would never book with this hotel ever again.

We where in a none smoking room however smelled like marijuana really bad, hot-tub was cold and no towels by the pool, bed where very hard like sleeping on a boxspring.. Rooms where clean. Breakfast was good however coffee was ice-cold.

Property did not honor Expedia reservation, charged us more. Snotty front desk kid blamed Expedia and "all third-party bookers" told us not to use them. Breakfast was a bad joke, Different Snotty Kid at desk blamed "no cook". Glad there were two restaurants very close. Will never come back, may never use Ramada/Wyndam again.

I explain to the head of office person about false advertisement, she told me to speak to the 3rd party reservation not them . And immediately told them about the infested the room. They changed me to a different room which only had one twin bed party of four. They weren't attentive or concerned.

Got there and come to find out they did not have my accessible room that i paid for and reserved my first thought of front desk is it was dirty and old got to parking lot and parking lot was dirty had trash all over had some strange people walking around didn't feel safe in the parking lot open door to room door was heavy you could smell some oder spray and cigarette smoke dirty floors sticky countertops dirty little end table bathroom floor was dirty around toilet not very many pillow three pillows on the bed tiny pillows TV didn't work contacted Motel said they were out didn't know when they were going to get fixed tried breakfast the next day horrible nothing was good do not recommend this place to stay to anybody needs to be totally remodeled from front to back and cleaned up very disappointed.

Wish the shuttle was earlier but also very cheap to take a lyft. I did catch the shuttle one way and the shuttle driver was very kind and friendly.
