Perfect for my husband and I staycation

In town for a work conference. The hotel met the needs and the rooms were comfortable.

The room was dingy and kinda in a basement, difficult for my sister to get to because there were no elevators. Also theTV wasn’t connected. We didn’t have time to have someone come to fix it but I feel like that should be part of the room check.

Spent five nights on our visit to Arlington mainly because of the hotels great location, close to transport and an array of dining & cafe options. Now I have to mention the wonderful interactions we had with both Ruth and Ashley at reception, they are absolute gems and great assets to the hotel. The room itself was on the fourth floor (408) it was close to the elevators but there were no noise issues either from elevators or other guests, the only noise issue was from the a/c unit, so we turned off the a/c whilst we were in the room and honestly it wasn’t required, the room temperature was perfect for us. The room had the usual spacious Hyatt Place layout and was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom is compact but clean & functional. Breakfast was the standard buffet you’d expect. Definitely the place to stay in Arlington.
