The room itself was very clean although the bathroom could use updates. The elevators and floors just felt run down and dirty. Every single employee I interacted with was so kind, friendly, and helpful!

There was no housekeeping, and the elevator wasn't working. However, I liked the location and the free parking.

Convenient location for us to stop on our journey. Had a confusing issues with pet registration but it all worked out.parts of the hotel are about dated but beds were comfortable.

Bed was comfortable. Temperature control in room was very good. Shower water did not get very hot. Hotel only has 2 elevators. One was out of order all 3 days we were there. Both elevators were out of order a significant portion of the Saturday we were there. We had to carry our luggage down the stairs to check out.

I thought the hotel was nice, but small, felt a little claustrophobic. I was surprised that I was not given a senior discount. I chose this location because it was close to the Church in which I was attending a family Funeral. This location did not have near by eateries. The one thing I was very unhappy with was their were either a loud movie or music playing up until 1:00am.
