I feel the staff who serves the breakfast (I only have breakfast here) is generally not very energetic and their face is kind of stone without too much smile. To be honest, I feel why don’t you just provide buffet so that the customer don’t have to deal with those “tired” faces. Just personal opinion, but I think it will further improve customer’s experience. Thx

Leaving Philly after Temple Graduation

I was in Philly to pack up & bring my temple college graduate home. It was a great 3/4 days. I had a great view of the Ben Franklin circle, the fountains & the basilica. Everything was awesome!

Over night stay for Diplo run club

We were there for an over night in preparation for our 5k the next day. Luckily we made it in time to swim in the pool with our 2 daughters. The front counter women was so kind. Gave the girls a chance to pick a gift from a treasure chest. Wonderful experience overall

Very nice urban hotel

This is a great hotel in a perfect location, near but just a bit off of the center of town. It's a spacious, well-run, urban hotel with a lot of character. Rooms are large and comfortable, nice exercise room, good bar and restaurant.

Our room was dirty, and the sheets smelled absolutely terrible — like they hadn’t been washed at all. It was so bad we couldn’t rest the entire night. For the price we paid, we expected at least a clean room and fresh linens. Definitely not staying here again.

We spent a lot of time at the Barnes and the Museum of Art and the hotel was very conveniently located to both. We were able to walk back and forth.
