The room was not the cleanest. The bathroom was not cleaned at all around the bar of the toilet. The ice machine had stuff growing on it

When we tried to check in they said our rooms we not ready and that the hotel was overbooked! I paid for a king suite and they down graded me to a regular king room. It took 30 minutes to get us a room! We had traveled all day and were exhausted!! Not happy with that!

enjoyed it! Checked in and the lady at the front desk was super friendly! A note that there aren’t elevators so when you make your reservation try to indicate your needs. A note that the pillows are square and not rectangular if you have a preference. slept well.. only stayed one night - good stop as you travel from texas to colorado for sure!

Stay was OK. Our AC would not turn on high and we were sweating all night. We told the manager in the morning and he said we could have said something and got moved to another room. That’s great but kinda hard to wake your family up and move your stuff in the middle of the night when you realize there is a problem. Breakfast was good.

The property was an older property that had been renovated. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The building just needs some more renovations. But for the price it was good. The hotel next door was abandoned and falling apart. The pool was not in working order. So the outside was not very pleasant. But once again for the price it was good.

I have been traveling for over 40 years. I cannot think of a better hotel experience than the one at had at Baymont in Amarillo. From top to bottom everything was outstanding. In addition to that, it was the lowest rate I paid on my entire trip. It was just an excellent place.
