Hotel was excellent for our family of four. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good for out of the main centre but a short train or tram ride into central Amsterdam. We had a two bed apartment which was very clean and the kitchen area was great for quick snacks/breakfast. The kids loved the games area. All in all a great place and would stay again next time in Amsterdam with the family.

I enjoy staying here primarily because of the super friendly and helpful staff and great location. The location is an easy walk to Sloterdijk station—which is a hub to get most anywhere in Amsterdam easily. The apartments are well-equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, reliable wifi, and good sized shower. I would highly recommend staying here and I will continue to come back on my frequent returns to A’dam. My only negative would be the thin curtains in the living room. These are not blackout curtains nor are there any blinds to keep the sun or heat out during the winter. Also doesn’t feel very private at night either. But this is a minor issue that wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

A very special thank you to Eva, the nice woman who helped me with a late checkout when my flight got delayed. I greatly appreciated the courtesy of the extra 1-2 hrs. I will be back soon because of wonderful people like her on staff (and the comfy apartments too).

I continue to stay here over and over again primarily because of the super friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in room 704 this time. I appreciate how responsive staff is when I made a request for a spare blanket. The location is an easy 5-min walk to Sloterdijk station. I like being able to get my own extra towels, when needed. I also enjoy the smart TV in most apartments. For this particular unit, I would not want to stay there again solely because the smart TVs aren’t updated. The living room TV does not offer Netflix as an app on the Google Play store or for casting, while the bedroom TV does not connect to wifi or internet at all. I could barely get regular channels in the NL to show and that TV would turn off sporadically as well—like the wires were loose or the TV would lose power or signal. Also, the living room curtain does not keep out any light (or heat from sun). Blinds (like in the bathroom) or blackout curtains (like in the bedroom) would be nice.

Fantastic property with amazing staff.

A family trip on our first visit to Amsterdam. Firstly the staff were amazingly welcoming. The location is great across the train and tram station with a literally a 1 stop train ride to Central. The rooms are spacious. We couldn’t ask for more.

Good appart hotel, very good location

Perfect stay in this apport hotel, the room is really Nice ! Well decorated , we loved this place, well locales from the train station, Amsterdam City center is about 5 minutes by train. However, the breakfast is not exeptional but ok (same offer the days, it’s too bad )
