The location is great. Our main criticism is that the bed was poor quality mattress and my partner felt close to falling out of bed more than once. Also the bathroom light couldn’t be turned on without also turning on a hall light that disturbs your partner in your room.

Great location very close to Dam Square and transportation, 10-minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal. Continental breakfast is very good. The room is clean and quiet. Compare to it’s counterpart in US, it’s a little better especially the continental breakfast.

Location, location, location!

Awesome location in the center of town. Breakfast was good and served until 10:30. Room was small but adequate. Daily housekeeping was also very good.

The hotel was exceptionally clean & its location of 1 minute walk to Dam Square & the Palace was brilliant. All the expected attractions spread out from Dam Square making the choice of visiting other locations on foot so easy. The staff at the hotel remained low key yet accessible at all times. The hotel was very clean & the continental breakfast was lovely. We would definitely recommend this hotel for it location & facilities.

Clean, air-conditioned hotel with a very good continental breakfast. Located very close to the Dam Square area, which is incredibly crowded at almost all times. Within a short walk of Amsterdam Central Station and tram and metro stops.
