I don't like being asked to check in on a tablet when I have already provided most of the info electronically already anyway and I have to ask a member of staff to clarify options (like breakfast) for me anyway. Other than that it is a lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay despite the extreme heat.

Calm and relaxing

Really lovely hotel in a quieter part of amsterdam. Very easy access to tram stop. All staff were friendly and very approachable and the room and facilities were beautiful. Would highly recommend the Conscious Hotel Museum Square.

Our stay at Conscious Hotel was outstanding! The staff was lovely! The lobby and patio area were perfect for a rest and reset. The room was large and the bathroom had all the amenities you needed. We really appreciated the nightly large bottle of water and the coffee downstairs each morning. We had a great stay!

Friendly staff but slightly overpriced for quality

All the staff members were really friendly. Free wine and cheese was a nice touch. However, charging 20€ extra for an early check-in for a hotel that is 400€ per night is generally not a nice experience. Not great for families as the shower area does not have a door. Not enough space to hang clothes in the triple room. The room came with very minimal amenities - no hair dryer, no ironing board and iron. The room phone had bright light throughout the night and all the pillows were very thin (no thin/thick options) which made it quite difficult to sleep.
