We had an excellent stay at the hotel, staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel is in a great location next to the train station. We also want to point out that one of our party took ill and the staff kindly allowed us to keep our room to 15:00 to allow them to sleep and recover which was very much appreciated!!!

I have to say I have traveled to a lot of hotels and especially Hiltons, this one was terrible. When we first arrived we were offered 8 drinks not to clean or sheets. We accepted as one probably only have to clean our room once.We could not find the receipt later that evening after arriving at 3pm that day. I went to reception and said we could not find our voucher that we got 3 hours prior. The girl said it should only be 4 drinks. I was not happy with this and said to clean the room. The next day we all went out for the day. When we came back one bed was changed ( not very well) and the other bed not touched. No extra towels for the four of us not changed. I went to reception again said bed was not done and towels. Not at all apologetic offered drinks again declined this and said you can get towels in some room beside reception. Terrible service,,

Great hotel

Great hotel, perfect for travelling into the centre as its 2mins walk from the train station. Good breakfast but the options are the same every day. Our room was huge but I dont think that is normal from the floor plan but we appreciated the extra space. Would definitely recommend

When I called from the states, the person I spoke with said parking was included. Renushka (?) told me I could pay it at the end of my stay to which I said “okay, that’s fine.” Then she suddenly said “Actually, you have to pay it now.” She gave me attitude when I asked why not say that initially instead of saying I could pay on my final day. Very strange conversation with her. Mattresses were also incredibly hard and my electricity kept going out randomly. I woke up twice to my phone having died during the night causing me issues in the morning when I had appointments I had to get to.

Estadia muito boa! Quarto confortável e limpo. Hotel muito bem localizado, ao lado da estação de trem. Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. O único inconveniente foi o alarme de incêndio. Nesse momento faltou orientação de funcionários do hotel tanto para evacuar o hotel, como para retornar. Não foi informado nem o que estava acontecendo.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Boulevard Arena and you have a train/metro stop just steps away that will take you to all the Amsterdam action in less than 15 minutes. Macarena in reception had the best attitude and recommendations always A+ service from her.

The room had no AC or ventilation, and despite reporting the issue, the staff only apologized and did not resolve it. The family endured two sleepless nights, leading to health problems, and no action was taken even after a follow-up complaint.
