The room looked nice, but the bathroom smelled like drains. The sewage system wasn't great in my opinion. Only found out on the last day of stay that you had to request a change of bedding and a replenishment of tea and coffee.

The rooms were clean. The area was nice, quite and a good distance from city center and the airport. The all inclusive breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. The staff was nice but could work on there communication. Any time we asked them about something, they gave us short answers that left us with more questions. For example we arrived the hotel and our room wasn't ready. When asked for an estimate on when it would be ready the front desk attendant told us 4 hours from when we arrived and that it most likely wouldn't be ready earlier. We tried to walk around for an hour but was to tired to do that so we went back early and asked if there was anyway our room could be done earlier since we were very tired. Another front desk attendant told us it was ready but know one let us know it was done earlier. Then they charged us a $60 city taxes to stay there and we didn't know we would have to pay that when we booked the room. We also weren't told the hotel was cashless until we got there. It was all to messy, they just need to communicate better.
