Staff was so nice and accommodating. The front desk offered snacks, plug converters, & umbrella rentals. The room was so nice and the views of the city & Rembrandt park were beautiful. We loved that they also had 2 restaurants on site & room service. The breakfast was so good! And the view from Floor 17 was stunning!

Staff are nice enough just not very efficient in general. Upon arrival we were waiting a while whilst one of the reception staff checked us in but was showing a new worker how to do the process which took longer and not ideal when you just want to get to your room after a flight. The room itself was basic but clean. The aircon stopped working and was being fixed on our last day so our room was boiling throughout the day. Quite a bit out from central Amsterdam with trams around a 10-15 minute walk. We checked in early for an additional €30. Rooms aren’t cleaned unless you request this. Rooftop bar is nice but expensive but so is Amsterdam in general. If you want water and don’t have a bottle you have to buy water bottles from reception and once you do this you can fill the bottle up for free from a water dispenser in the hotel. Would benefit from fridges in the rooms

The hotel was in a nice location not far from dam square. The room wasnt very clean which was a shame as the amount of money you pay you think thry could clean better. Some staff look miserable to be there which dosent give off great vibes. But didnt effect our holiday reccomend the park near by

We’ve stayed at Leonardo Hotel Rembrandtpark several times and have always had great experiences, which is why this stay was so disappointing. Upon arrival, the air conditioning in our room didn’t work. When we brought it up with the front desk, we were met with resistance and dismissiveness. The night manager, Emmanuel, told us the hotel was fully booked and there were no rooms available — only to suddenly offer us two room options after I became visibly upset. It was nearly 12:30am by the time we were moved. We had been advocating for ourselves for over an hour after a long travel day, with an intense week of work ahead. The stress and late-night disruption made it hard to rest, and my partner (also my drummer) slept poorly, which impacted our performance. On top of this, we had spent a lot: we booked four rooms, paid €10 per person for the shuttle (5 people), and €20 per person for breakfast. The room we were eventually moved to was slightly better, but still warm and smelled of mold. We felt let down — not only by the broken AC, but by the way we were treated. For the price and the brand, we expected more professionalism, care, and basic comfort.

I love this hotel, nice and clean. In a quiet area. Little bit outside of the central but Trams are 4 min walk very easy to go anywhere in the city. Love the staff very nice and polite.

Amazing staff, accommodation and very clean! Very very pleased with our stay at hotel Leonardo.the rooftop patio is a plus! Would recommend to anyone going to Amsterdam. Although the location is a bit of a walk from the center, we did not mind having to walk and enjoyed seeing more of the out skirts. The park across from the hotel is a bonus as well. 10/10 would recommend

Great Hotel

Stayed one night in this modern Hotel. It was clean, with comfortable beds, friendly staff, good restaraunts. We recommend this for a good place out of city to tour around. Take train into Amsterdam.

We had an amazing stay here for our 6 year anniversary, thanks to the care taken by the staff. I added the Romance Package to our booking, and we had a late check-in due to fkight issues. They took the time to make sure it was ready before we went to our room, and the view was breathtaking of The city. We loved walking around and through Rembrandtpark on our way to various points of transit. The social atmosphere and beautiful scenery made is feel very welcome and at ease. The local dining iptions were outstanding, in addition to thw luxury of dining at Floor17 a couple of times during our stay. The rooftop offered more amazing views and delicious cocktails as well. We would gladly stay at another Leonardo property after this experience!

2 electric area in the room is not working.ı called the technician and they did not fix. Room barcode for requesting cleaning is not working.ı requested reception they took my room number and again room is not cleaned.. reception workers mostly not all are always talking each other and its normal that i forget to request to fix the room lights and cleaning to tell housekeeping. Restaurant and breakfast is very good. Only smiling and good servıce you can find in restaurant.
