We found it unusual that we stayed 6 nights and they offered no housekeeping, garage removal or restocking of coffee without a call to the front desk with a special request. It would work fine to stay for one or 2 nights, but longer will disappoint if you like cleanliness.

The property was amazing. However an 11pm fire sent everyone out in the snow. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. 11pm in Anchorage weather is not very pleasent, especially when you were in bed

The lobby was nice and well decorated. The hallways were filthy and the carpet needs to be replaced as it is worn out! The room was outdated with lots of dust behind and under the bed! Shower fixture was worn out also.
