The lady at the front desk - morning shift - was fantastic; friendly, informative and helpful. The room was a perfect size and clean. My only complaint is the television service; very few channels and the picture was very pixelated, this had a minimal effect on my trip as I was too busy to really need a TV. I look forward to my next stay at RED ROOF.

The bedding were not clean; my son developed big fungal spots the day after checkout. My own pillow had a blood spot. The health of clients should be paramount. Red Roof needs to understand that their business is as good as the healthy stays of customers. Someone did not do their job, and my son got to suffer for it, and $paid for it.
