The hotel is in a very central location, which made getting around easy. The room and towels were clean, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing and made us feel unsafe. The area where the hotel is located felt sketchy — there were people smoking weed near our room and others drinking in the parking lot. This created an uncomfortable and unsettling atmosphere. Additionally, the front desk staff were rude and condescending when we asked for help reactivating our key card. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at the Red Roof Inn.

Better research next time

We checked in late and when we got into our room and checked it we found a glove left behind by another guest and the duvet between the mattresses were stained. The shower head had lots of visible buildup in it. If it weren’t for the late check in after over a 3 hour drive in for a function we would have asked for money back and found better accommodations. The hole also required an additional $40 deposit outside of what hotels.com required at check in for pet/smoking and damages even though we did not have pets and don’t smoke. The night clerk was very professional.

Hotel has a great location and everyone on staff was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Room needs a new tv, but I was only staying one night, so I didn't say anything. I would definitely come back here in the future.

Maintenance left razor blades in the parking lot went to check in staff tried to double charge me for my room even though i had paid months in advance and had my reciept to prove it then upon check out tried to say someone came and already checked me out even though i still had both my room keys and hadnt even been fully out my room terrible organization within the front desk system on the plus side no one bothered me my entire stay i was able to recover from my surgery in peace nicest thing about the place was the room itself no complaints there however i did get woke up several times by someone unlocking locking and setting off there car alarm all hours of the night overall if i absolutely needed a place to stay with minimal hassles id definitely stay again

I looked on the redroof.com for terms. The ladies up front were rude and i had to give them an extra 40 dollars for insurance in the room. Well, took a shower and their were ants on our wash cloths and towels. Ants on the walls. 40 was for non smokers in case we smoke in the room. Their is a note on the smoke detector to not touch and their is a sensor on it that will go off in the office. How does this make any sense.
