Clean, well-maintained, and affordable. Probably the best value in the area around I94. Very close to the freeway and easy access to all of Ann Arbor. There is a small deposit (refundable after checkout) so plan on that fee on top of your stay. But considering the other options, I think it’s well worth it. I’m in the area fairly often and this will be my go to when I need a place to stay.

Daughters and I didn’t feel safe staying in this place… a lot of weirdos stays there. There was trash underneath the bed.. the bathroom was in bad conditions… awful experience

TV had limited channels, no hair dryer in room. Only coffee on premises in lobby. Very basic. Had issue with retrieving item accidently left in room, hopefully this has been resolved.

unacceptable service

terrible. couldn't watch network tv or get most channels as they wanted a 4 digit code. i called the counter. they sen Manny, he couldn't figure out and PROMISED to come back or call after speaking to his manager. He totally blew us off. we pay for a working tv so i will be looking back at our old place we usually stay at. we come there ofter because i have surgeries and procedures at U of M hospital frequently. thought we would try red roof inn this time. stay was great except that. we want a partial refund and a reprimand of Manny. He should have at least called us and told us it was broken or moved us. no such offer was made. we are very angry over this.
