Underwhelming. WiFi sign in is unnecessarily complicated, and the WiFi is slow. The room had a small coffee maker, but no coffee included, offered, or readily available, so we bought some at Whole Foods. Water pressure was meh. Room cleaning (collecting dirty towels, etc.) is not done unless you stay longer than a week. Continental breakfast only on weekends. We needed to extend our stay by one day, and the front desk said it would be better (cheaper) for us to create another booking through Expedia, then let them know when that was done, so they could assign us the same room. Instead, we just booked a different hotel for our last night. There was a discarded pizza and a pile of trash on the sidewalk against the front of the building for most of our stay. The towels were great though, and the room was large and clean.

The highlight of my stay was the staff. All of my requests were met with urgency and kindness. The staff was incredibly accommodating when I needed any additional products or if there were any maintenance issues in my room. A special shoutout to Jessica, who was incredibly helpful and kind. I will definitely stay here again!

The drain in the tub was clogged causing slow drainage and there was a broken glass. The low point was checking out Sunday morning at 11:00 am when the front desk clerk didn't greet us and also was not friendly or polite about answering our questions

Best value hotel in A2

Very comfortable mattress. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Nice kitchenette. Good value. However the room could use better lighting, and there is no ice machine, just empty ice trays in the freezer.

NO HOT WATER

On the first morning of my stay (10/18) there was NO hot water. When I informed the front desk of this they was no appology offered - terrible customer service. Instead, they said that on football home game weekends they get this complaint a lot. Which mean they know about it and do nothing about it. I took a shower that evening, and there was hot water at the beginning of the shower, but it was only lukewarm at best before the shower was completed. The individual at the front desk on my second morning (10/19) was very friendly, polite and accomodating.

Close to the interstate

The property definitely needs an update. Didn't like the fact that the price per night almost tripled the night before the Michigan game. Was definitely not worth almost $500 for that night considering the hotel is almost 2 miles from the school. The hotel did the job for what we needed but definitely needs to be updated.
