Because of weather, we had to change our plans and checkout one day early. I asked the clerk at the front desk if he could refund the cost for that one-day. He said I'd have to contact Expedia. Since we were on the road, I didn't have a chance to contact Expedia on the same day. When I spoke with an Expedia representative several days later, she said that the Hilton Hotels would not issue a credit for the day we did not use because we did not contact them on that day. I issued a complaint on the survey given us by Hilton Hotels and was never contacted. Just beware.
