We had a short stay wish we could have explored the beautiful property more

The hotel is in a good location, basic amenities but is clean, has quirky industrial decor and the staff are friendly. Tea/coffee is not provided in the room but is outside on the landing along with hot water tap. As a solo traveller, when I first arrived I thought I’d made a mistake as the hotel is about 15-20 mins walk from the nearest metro station (Cais do Sodre) due to a road closure where they are extending the metro line, and there’s not a lot going on in the area. However I never felt unsafe walking back, even late at night. Trains to Belem run from Santos which is 8-10 mins walk. The pool on the roof was an added bonus and great for relaxing after exploring the city.

This hotel is within walking distance of Lisbon’s airport. It was extremely comfortable, with a king size bed, 2 chairs and all the toiletries you would expect. The breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant where we had dinner the night before. The bed was very comfortable with good quality linen. An excellent choice.

Front desk staff were very welcoming, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure we were satisfied. Special extended thanks to Marco who was very helpful, courteous and professional.

The staff in the hotel were amazing. On a busy couple days they answered all our questions. The room was great. Just a few crumbs on table. But nothing to complain about.
