Furniture generally in poor condition. Pull out couch was barely usable. Hotel remedied with “zip ties” but we had to fix on our own due to maintenance not being available. Manager not as accommodating as we liked. Generally poorly run and starting rapid dilapidation.

Great location

Great location for downtown Phoenix. Children’s museum just a few minutes walk. Chase Stadium and conference centers nearby. Friendly staff, secure site. Amazing ‘free’ breakfast!!
