Dès l'arrivée, avec le service de valet et un accueil très chaleureux des voituriers ainsi que de la réceptionniste, nous avons été charmés par l'hotel le Quintessence. This was a gorgeous property, close to the village without being in it, which I prefer. Service and staff were outstanding. Even though it was a quiet week, I didn't get the sense that they cut back on amenities and service. The on-site restaurant was excellent. Loved our lake view of the room.
