Allot of flooring missing in the room and heater was very inconsistent. Other than juat that, everything else was fantastic. Would definitely rent a room here again!

This is not a fancy hotel but it is near the school and I have always been happy staying here. The rooms are warm and quiet and the TVs work.

First Time we have ever had an issue there! My wife has mobility challenges, and the beds this time were elevated to a point that she could not get in and out of bed by herself. This will not be an issue for 90% of people. We live in Sun City AZ, so we just rested for a couple hours after a great Thanksgiving, and drove home, in bed by midnight.

Staff were ok to deal with from what we saw of them. Amenities were lacking the room was ok. Water damage in the bathroom that could use some attention. Looked like bloody boogers smeared on the ceiling the bed was hard and noisy.

Went to Prescott for Embry Riddle Open House, this hotel was close to campus. The rooms were large, clean, staff friendly. Prescott Regional airport across the highway and though you could hear the planes when outside, I never heard them inside the room. Also, a Circle K is across the parking lot and convenient. Would definitely stay there again. It is basically an older, motor lodge but I have no complaints.

Not pleased

I stayed at this hotel earlier in the year and cannot give it the same rating. The non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke and there was a large piece of molding missing between the tiled floor area and the wood laminate section. I asked the front desk if we could switch rooms due the room smelling like smoke, but was told there weren’t any open rooms.
