The room was okay, there was a roach in the bathroom. I pray I didn’t Bring any home . There is a lot of homeless near there . And there is a restaurant/ bar across the street. So it was very crowded at night. Also was told there was free parking but parking was $55 per night so I parked across the street and I had numerous issues with the garage as well. Not a great area

I called before arriving and asked for an early check in around 9am & have them my reservation number and was told I could pay to check in early. Upon arrival they told me it would be more than I was quoted on the phone because it was before 10am. I waited until 10am and checked again. Then was told no double beds were available. Tried checking in again around 2:30 and still nothing was available. When I tried checking in later that night after my event they were out of double bed rooms which was what I requested. The front desk was not very helpful not accommodating. Me and the three others in our party had to settle for an uncomfortable pull out couch instead. Overall hotel is ok. Felt run down and staff didn’t seem to care.

1st thank you to Office H and the manager for resolving a voidable misunderstanding. I understand that we get what we may pay for however as someone in Customer service the front desk staffs ability to resolve issues, offer adequate assistance or troubleshoot client is issues needs GREAT improvement. I would stay here again for the trouble that again was unnecessary had the front desk agent just communicated better or exhibited some due diligence regarding the issue presented.

I went to a venue during my night stay and my vehicle was broken into (not on the hotel property) valet watched my vehicle all night since the vehicle’s window was broken and I am grateful for that as I am not from ATL. So it gave me a sense of security knowing that my vehicle would be safe at the hotel.

Rooms are basic - clean, but no mini fridge and there was no handsoap when I arrived. The meals are a ripoff; they give you one $10 voucher per day, but charge $15 for the "continental" breakfast that is limited to bagels/pastries, oatmeal and cereal, and yogurt fruit. The hot breakfast food is over $20. You also cannot use these vouchers at the bar which seems silly. The doors are loud and the doorknob was loose to my room.

The advertisement said it was free breakfast, but they only gave me a $10 discount breakfast was $15 for Continental and $21 for buffet and we were two guest so that didn’t even cover breakfast at all so I feel like it was false advertisement also what they had for breakfast was nothing more than what I’ve had at other hotels for continental For free

Don’t do it

The air conditioning didn’t work in the first room we went into. The maintenance person came and said the filter was filthy and had to be changed. He changed it out and the air still didn’t work. We were moved to another room. Not only did the air not work, it smelled like so much mildew, we couldn’t stay in the room for more than a couple of minutes. Called Hotels.com and they wouldn’t cancel or refund because that’s that hotel’s policy. I explained I wasn’t canceling for fun - I paid for something and this wasn’t it - twice now. They told me to speak to the hotel manager. Spoke to her. She told me I have to talk to Hotels.com. Am then told she’ll look out for an email from them and approve a cancellation. Guess what never happened? I’m going to deal with this through my credit card company at this point. If you need to stay downtown, for a bit more (and a way nicer hotel), The Hyatt Regency.

such an odd stay. i’ve stayed in so many hotels, many a time with free continental breakfast. they did not have free breakfast, but provided vouchers for food. that was nice. however you’re forced to either pay for processed overpriced hospital food or sit and choose between a waffle oatmeal and fruit only buffet for $15 or spend $21 to have actual hot food. and you have to eat it downstairs. i travel alone and prefer to eat in my room where i can get ready as i eat. but that’s not allowed, so cold breakfast it was. the fixtures and finishes were dated. there is no microwave or fridge in the rooms, again, forcing you to spend extra money at vending machines or waste your food you’ve bought elsewhere. they also don’t mention the fact that there’s armed off duty police officers at the doors every night after 8 pm, if that gives you any idea of how confident they are in their area as far as safety is concerned. overall, this wasn’t an awful experience, rooms were generally clean, wifi had no intricate password and doesn’t kick you off every 5 seconds, and the expensive policed hot food was mid at best. you could probably find better for your money, but this place is just okay.

Unbelievable.

Okay. This place is a nice spot BUT I was surprised by the cleanliness of the room. The bedskirt was dirty which was a red flag. I messaged the service and received no response. So in the morning as I was putting up the stopper, I noticed a roach. Me…this cant be a roach. And it was. Then it started moving which meant it was alive. The dirty bedskirt had droplets of blood on it and guess why?! There was BLOOD on the mattress. This was so disgusting which told me the rooms are not being properly cleaned and disinfected. I messaged and was only told I’d be refunded my destination fee of $27. I feel not heard and this will happen to someone else. A roach. And Im not talking cockroach, this was a baby. I have video of the live moving roach. The blood soaked mattress and bedskirt. Just nasty.

Completely shocked by the way the room looked (2 double bed) very small. Walls looked patched up and had water damage, wallpaper looked dingy. Several surface areas were dusty. Several dried up spots on carpet (possible vomit, food, etc.) Asked for non smoking room. Floor and room smelled of marijuana and tobacco. Booked room for 2 individuals, both fairly tall and ceiling in bathroom/entry way are low. Overall adding to cramped feeling. Also, bathroom was small, hardly enough room for one person to stand in room. Bathtub at random points throughout the day had water gurgling up the pipes filling tub with black bits of dirt/mold. Guest then having to clean nightly. When confronting front desk about room concerns they explained all rooms are the same size, offered an upgrade but would charge their rates per night. As I also was encouraged to reach out to third party I booked through, where upgrades were unavailable after check in. This resulted in us having to settle with the discomfort. The receptionists did not seem too concerned with discomfort communicated.

Not the best stay

My 14 year old son, 16 year old daughter and I stayed for three nights. There was a sex convention going on during our stay. There were soooo many people there. And most were barely dressed people each time we left our room. We saw lots of nipples and bare butts, covered only by fishnets. We also saw a woman walking a man around by leash. Also, we were unable to use the pool the first night of our stay because the convention was having a party with a DJ in the pool and surrounding area. Parking was an extra $55 per night. There was a club the next building over (seperate by a side street) that had hundreds upon hundreds of people in their late teens and early 20s lined up down the block until at least 3am our second night. I was really disappointed this time because the other time I stayed here was wonderful.
