I was put in a room that had browngreasy stuff dripping down the door, pet urine on the side of the bed, mold completely around the ceiling and pubic hair left on the toilet. I went to front desk complain. They then put me into another room which had a broken fridge w/ big chunk taken out of it., a microwave w/ mold & stains inside it and lastly & most disturbing, the comforter on the bed had a wet blood stains on top. Now I’m livid & went back to the front desk. Told them to refund my money or place me in a clean room! The reception at 1st was hesitant shaking her head no. I had told her I’m just checking in on the 1st day so if I want a refund and to leave it’s my right! I also showed her a few pics and she then moved me to one of their newly remodel rooms. After staying the 1st couple of days, I noticed housekeeping watching me every time I left. I would come back & my room was untouched. However, dirty stained & used linen was placed back in my towel rack folded & on display as if they were fresh linen. So I removed all of them& told front desk. This happened my entire stay. I was scheduled to stay for two weeks. After day 4 I went to the front desk to ask if I can get a refund & cancel the remainder of my stay & was told no or they canny refund my money back, I would lose out on my money. Pissed & disgusted I stayed one last night & housekeeping did the same thing… left dirty linen with drown stains on my washcloth & piss on my towel. So I left after day 5 no refund.
