The rooms looked nothing like the photo. The outlet by the sink didn't work. There was no iron in my room. So they pulled one from another room. But the staff was very helpful. They showed great customer service

My room door lock was frozen on 2 nights at 4:00am with temps 17-20 degrees. I rang the night bell 20 times before someone came with a hair dryer to thaw the lockso my key would work, both nights. I need a partial refund or a free night stay. Dissatisfied completely.

Okay I guess

It was okay for the price. Only issue I had was the bathroom being nasty. The toilet seat was nasty even the tub. The tub had this iron colored stain that’s probably a size of a man’s shoe. There was stains on the sheets. So me and my boyfriend went home to get sheets and pillows because I wasn’t sleeping in that.

The phone did not work. The service (wifi) was bad. TV was also in and out because of bad service. The water was never hot, only warm. The sink would fill up with water.
