The front desk staff is rude, under trained and they do not value the customers. I booked 2 studios. 2 people in 1 and myself in the other. When I called for clean towels I was told you have one person in the room you get 1 towel, wash cloth, hand towel and bathmat. I paid for 2 people to be in the room and I was talked to like a child. The halls were filthy, the rooms are very dated with little to no modern updates. NOTHING like the pics. The pool was dirty and cloudy. I was so disappointed with the rooms, front desk staff and how dirty the place was for the money I spent. On more then one occasion there was pee in the elevator. The beds were even worn out from years of use!

I have stayed at this property every time(5 times)I go to AC. The space go the hotel room is great, allowing for everyone to sleep comfortably. The location on the Boardwalk is great(pretty central to everything my family and I wanted to do).

Was great to be on the beach. The property itself was NOT a resort. The conditions were less than top tier. The furniture was old and outdated, the building was too. The service was TERRIBLE. We're still waiting for towels to be delivered to our room. Day1, the air in the unit was not working. They had maintenance "repair" the issue....but they made us wait in a HOT room (one of our guest had health issues) until deciding the issue would take longer. They reluctantly moved us to another room. The housekeeping staff, security and bellhop team were the only ones that deserve 5 stars. The management and front desk were less than accommodating and friendly. We will pay the additional cost to have a better experience.

Condo-like spacious rooms. Great staff and security. Property is a little outdated but clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay! Convenient location, we walked right out to the boardwalk! Super easy to go to the beach, 1 min walk. The outdoor pool was so nice and there is a spa, gym, kids activity room and mini arcade all located on the same floor as the pool. They have a wonderful diner in the front of the hotel leading out to the boardwalk, it's only open for breakfast and lunch though. Close to casinos and carnival. Only downfall is the parking which you have to pay extra for and is a multi level,one way ramp with tight spots. They have an additional lot behind so i suggest parking there instead. Neighborhood looks sketchy but security here is phenomenal and very helpful so you feel 100 percent safe. Definitely will be staying here again!

Les lits sont très confortables, mais pas le divan lit. Le ménage était correct. Faites attention le stationnement n’est pas inclus dans les frais, il l’ajoute à votre arrivée. Bel emplacement, près des restos, de la plage, mini putt, etc. La cuisinette est super pratique pour faire les repas.

During my recent stay, I contacted the front desk to request additional towels. The staff member I spoke with was rude and stated that we would need to return our used towels before receiving any clean ones—which I found to be an unreasonable and unsanitary policy. After waiting nearly an hour with no response, I called the front desk again to follow up. It took an additional 20 minutes before we finally received clean towels. The overall attitude and lack of professionalism from the front desk staff were disappointing and unacceptable. This experience negatively impacted our stay and should be addressed to improve future guest service.

2 out of 3 small working elevators took 20-25 mins if it stopped at all. Had to descend 6 fls via stairwell to access lobby exit on sprained ankle. Shower curtain smelled sickening of mildew. Blanket in plastic storage bag had funky body scent as did a few bed pillows. Bath towels had hair on them. Otherwise studio was clean...Staff was very accommodating n cordial.

The place seems dingy and the lighting was dull. The pool area was filthy. You’ll need to pass a lot of drug addicts and homeless people to get to the hotel as they gather a block away so I never felt safe. Not too much interaction with the staff but no issues with them. The only positive thing about the stay was the location of the hotel on the boardwalk and the view of the ocean. This is definitely a 2 star hotel and not 3.5. It definitely was not worth the price I paid for my stay.
