The hotel was in an excellent location and the restaurants on site were really nice. The pool was atrocious. Filthy, loud screaming kids, general chaos. If I’d go again I’d reserve a cabana. The rooms needed way better amenities for the price tag.

The check-in process was brutal. Unnecessarily slow and stood there for 45 minutes to get my key after checking in using the online platform. Waiting for the valet upon leaving was also slow. Overall, an absolutely beautiful hotel, clean and quiet with many options for daily activities.

Booked a studio suite . Called ahead for early check in . On arrival we were then told it wasn’t guaranteed , so we waited . Normal check in time is 4pm. At 4pm the room still wasn’t ready and the staff was very rude about it and unwilling to help . Finally we went back up to desk at 4:35 and room still wasn’t ready however they changed our room to a room that was ready . We opted to pay more for the suite and in turn received way less benefit than those with a regular room . To me this doesn’t make any sense the guest paying more should be higher priority or atleast be able to check in on time . I would not book the suite moving forward and just save the money and time and book a regular room . However the view and the shower in the suite is next level and that was very nice .
