Due to the fact of entering my hotel room there was an employee who followed us in to ask if we were staying with two other people who just left the room right before my boyfriend and I entered. Not only did I feel unsafe but I thought it was even unprofessional to ask us right after we checked in with the front desk who gave us a smoking room upon request during check-in. I did call the front desk to get the details but whomever took the call said they can’t get in touch with anyone in proper position to figure out what’s going and I’ll have to come back down ask again at the desk. Major inconvenience not only disappointing because I’ve never had any issues with the hotel before.

My last two stays in two different casinos in Atlantic City had a slight problem...I requested a handicap room through EXPEDIA and neither casino had that written request on what you sent them. They both blamed your lack of communication...I needed a handicap room and there were none available...

Rooms were clean. Staff was nice. The food court had good selections and staff visibly cleaning throughout the day. Villains and Saints restaurant was absolutely deliciius. Wings, biscuits, everyrhing. Bad weather so we couldnt really enjoy the pool/jacuzzi or beach chairs to watch sunrise as planned. But nice setup.

It's the worst hotel I've ever visited in my life. Rooms that don't even have a fresh tooth and toothbrush. I don't know them enough. No internet access because the service does not work inside the hotel and the TV is not accessible everything is paid even the TV. The valet service steals my car and uses all the gasoline that was in the car. And leave it on for more than two days without putting it in the parking lot. And finally they make us wait more than 4 hours to solve the car problem. Really it's the worst place.

Atlantic City is not what it was and such the staffing is limited. I had a horrible neighbor experience and it seems that they quickly helped but unfortunately no one was able to assist or track down a decision maker. I did move but with no assistance from the concierge or valet team. Rooms clean and nice. I had a lovely view and bathroom large. I struggled finding restaurants open in my 4 nights and so had room service 2 nights. Overall the food in all locations mediocre and my room service cart sat outside my room for the full 3 days. My phone didnt work so I could not ask them to remove bug also no came or removes the whole trip. I want to say nice things but overall the service was just so poor but the room and common areas nice.
